as @krannix said, RSS is the easiest way, and the right way in theory. in practice, the rss feed isn't so nice. I'm including headlines from soup on my homepage: http://brightbyte.de/ - didn't try full content.
There are several different extensions for mediawiki that let you include RSS feeds, at different degrees of suckage. A deidcated soup extension is still missing. don't tempt me, I'm busy :)
